Segway has unveiled its most ambitious Navimow lineup yet at CES 2026, introducing new robotic lawn mowers designed to cover everything from small residential gardens to large-scale commercial properties.
The new range includes the X4 Series, i2 AWD Series, i2 LiDAR, H2 Series, and Terranox Series, significantly expanding Segway’s wire-free robotic mowing portfolio.
All new Navimow models are built around a true drop-and-mow setup, eliminating the need for perimeter wires or physical antenna stations. Instead, Segway relies on a multi-modal navigation stack that combines network RTK, vision-based positioning, and solid-state LiDAR, enabling centimetre-level accuracy from day one.
According to Segway, this approach allows the mowers to maintain consistent performance in challenging environments, including under tree cover, along narrow pathways, on uneven terrain, and in low-light conditions.
The company has also partnered with RoboSense to integrate its E1R solid-state LiDAR into select models, improving obstacle detection, reliability, and all-weather operation.
From compact lawns to commercial fleets, Navimow targets every use case
At the top of the residential lineup sits the Navimow X4 Series, designed for large and complex lawns. Available in two models, the X430 ($2,499) covers up to one acre, while the X450 ($2,999) supports up to 1.5 acres.
The X4 features Segway’s turf-safe Xero-turn AWD system, enabling zero-turn–style manoeuvres without damaging grass and tackling slopes of up to 84 percent. A dual-cutting system and fast-charging support allow it to mow up to one acre in roughly 11 hours, which Segway claims is significantly faster than competing models.
For everyday lawn maintenance, the i2 Series introduces both AWD and LiDAR variants. The i206 AWD ($999) and i210 AWD ($1,299) bring all-wheel drive to smaller residential lawns, supporting slopes up to 45 percent while improving stability on muddy or slippery ground.
The i215 LiDAR expands coverage to 0.37 acres and adds high-precision LiDAR mapping, AI-driven obstacle recognition, and GeoSketch 3D yard mapping, allowing users to automatically create and customise lawn maps in the app.
The H2 Series is aimed at more complex residential layouts, combining LiDAR, network RTK, and vision into Segway’s EFLS LiDAR+ triple fusion navigation system.
This setup dynamically switches positioning modes in milliseconds to maintain accuracy in difficult environments. Two models are available, covering up to 0.5 acres and supporting slopes of up to 45 percent.
For commercial users, Segway introduced the Navimow Terranox Series, engineered to manage areas as large as six acres.
Available in two configurations, Terranox supports all-terrain AWD operation and can be paired with Fleet Management software, allowing professionals to remotely monitor mower status, manage mowing schedules, and track performance across multiple units.
The new Navimow lineup is debuting at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, with the i2 AWD Series and X4 Series opening for pre-orders on January 16 via Navimow’s website.
Pricing and availability for the remaining models will be announced at a later date.
