Google appears to be preparing additional integrations for the Pixel 10’s Magic Cue feature, with new settings pointing to planned support for Google Wallet and Google Tasks in a future update.
Evidence of the potential changes was spotted in the Magic Cue settings menu on a Pixel 10 Pro, where users can already control which apps the system can access when suggesting contextual information and actions.
The current list of supported apps includes Gmail, Messages, Keep Notes, Contacts, Calendar, and Pixel Screenshots, indicating that Magic Cue already pulls data from several core Google services.
The same settings menu now references Google Wallet and Google Tasks, indicating that Google is actively working to add support for both apps within Magic Cue.
Wallet and Tasks integration hints at broader functionality
Google Wallet support could allow Magic Cue to surface live travel and event updates, including real-time train, flight, and ticket status information stored directly within the Wallet app.
In some regions, Google Wallet already displays live train status updates when users save tickets, a data source that Magic Cue cannot currently access through email alone. Adding direct Wallet integration could allow Magic Cue to present status changes more reliably and extend similar functionality to flights, events, and other digital passes.
Google Tasks integration could also improve how reminders surface, as Magic Cue may currently rely on Calendar access rather than pulling task data directly from the Tasks app.
A dedicated Tasks toggle would allow Magic Cue to surface reminders and to-do items more clearly, particularly for users who manage tasks outside of Calendar-based scheduling.
Availability and rollout status
Magic Cue launched as one of the Pixel 10’s headline AI features but initially offered limited functionality, with later updates gradually expanding its usefulness across supported apps.
Google has not announced Google Wallet or Google Tasks integration for Magic Cue, and the features do not currently appear to be active in publicly available Pixel 10 builds.
The appearance of these options indicates that Google is actively developing additional Magic Cue integrations, though the company has not confirmed rollout timing or availability.
