LG is leaning hard into the luxury market at KBIS 2026, unveiling an expanded portfolio of high-end appliances designed to elevate both kitchens and whole-home living.
At North America’s largest kitchen and bath trade show in Orlando, the company is showcasing its updated LG Signature range and new SKS appliances and deeper integration of its ThinQ AI platform.
The headline push comes from LG Signature, which is marking its tenth anniversary with a broader kitchen lineup spanning 10 product categories.
The premium line now comes in three distinct collections — Iconic, Tailored, and Seamless — each designed to match different interior trends. The Seamless Collection, developed in partnership with Italian luxury brand Poliform, focuses on minimalist integration. Meanwhile, Tailored leans into material and finish customisation.
LG’s ultra-premium SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite) brand is also expanding beyond cooking. At KBIS 2026, SKS introduced its first dedicated laundry solution, including a new 29-inch Wash Combo and Dryer with AI-driven fabric care.
In the kitchen, the brand is highlighting a 36-inch Integrated Column Freezer and Refrigerator, which automatically adjusts cooling and ice production based on usage. Alongside this, SKS is presenting a Hidden Induction Island System that conceals the cooktop entirely for a cleaner look.
Underpinning the hardware is LG’s wider AI ecosystem. Appliances shown at the booth tie into the ThinQ AI platform, including ThinQ ON, ThinQ UP and ThinQ Care services, all secured by LG Shield. The company is positioning this as a move toward a fully connected “AI Home.” In this vision, appliances adapt to user behaviour while maintaining energy efficiency and reliability.
LG is also broadening its focus on the North American builder market. The company is introducing pre-configured appliance packages for residential developments and launching ThinQ Pro, a B2B space management platform that enables centralised monitoring through QR-based setup.
With premium design, AI integration and expanded built-in offerings, LG’s KBIS presence makes one thing clear: the company isn’t just competing in the kitchen appliance space. Instead, it’s aiming to redefine the luxury smart home category altogether.
