New leak confirms key Honor Magic V6 features ahead of MWC reveal

Weibo tipster Experience more has shared screenshots revealing the specifications of two Honor Magic V6 variants ahead of the foldable’s expected global debut at MWC on March 1.

The leak surfaced as Honor prepares to follow the Magic V5, which launched in July 2025 with a 4.1mm profile, Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and a 5820mAh battery that set a competitive benchmark in the premium foldable segment.

Two model numbers appear in the screenshots: PNM-AN10 for the standard variant and PNM-AN20 for a version with Beidou satellite connectivity. This feature places the Magic V6 alongside a small but growing number of foldables targeting connectivity in remote areas.

Battery capacity separates the two configurations most clearly, with the standard model listing 6850mAh and the satellite variant carrying a larger 7150mAh cell, both representing significant increases over the Magic V5’s 5820mAh.

The standard variant appears with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, while the satellite model lists 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, though additional configurations beyond these two are expected at launch.

Display and chipset

The inner display has a resolution of 2352 × 2172 pixels, and the outer display has a resolution of 2420 × 1080 pixels, figures that fall within the range of competing flagship foldables from Samsung and Oppo, which target high pixel density across both screens.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 appears as the expected processor, paired with two in-house Honor chips that reflect a broader industry shift toward custom silicon supplementing third-party flagship processors in premium Android devices.

The Honor C1+ handles RF signal enhancement to improve wireless connectivity, while the E2 chip focuses on power management, an approach that mirrors similar auxiliary chip strategies seen recently in Huawei and Apple devices.

Software is listed as MagicOS 10 built on Android 16, which would make the Magic V6 one of the earliest foldables to ship with Android 16 out of the box if the March 1 timeline holds.

Honor has not issued official specifications ahead of the MWC announcement, and full pricing and regional availability details are expected to follow the global reveal on March 1.
