Oppo has shared an official teaser poster on Weibo confirming the Find N6 foldable is in development, with the image highlighting an inner display that appears virtually free of the visible crease common across most competing foldable phones.
The crease issue has remained one of the most persistent criticisms of even the best foldable phones from Samsung, Motorola, and OnePlus, making a near-creaseless inner panel one of the more meaningful differentiators Oppo can lead with ahead of a formal launch.
Apple has also been rumoured to be ensuring the iPhone Fold comes without a crease.
During an internal product showcase earlier this month, the Find N6 was described as featuring the shallowest display crease in the industry, a claim the teaser poster appears to support visually without committing to specific measurement figures.
The teaser carries the tagline “smooth sailing,” a reference that aligns with the crease-free display narrative rather than signalling anything about the broader hardware specification set expected to accompany the phone at launch.
A March 17 debut in China has circulated as a rumoured date, though Oppo has not confirmed a launch timeline beyond the teaser poster’s suggestion that the phone arrives soon.
Expected specifications
The Find N6 is tipped to feature an 8.12-inch LTPO inner display and a 6.62-inch cover panel, dimensions that place it within the range of Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Honor’s Magic V series in the large-format foldable category.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 appears as the expected processor, paired with a 6000mAh battery that would represent a meaningful capacity increase over most current flagship foldables, which typically ship with cells between 4400mAh and 5000mAh.
Camera hardware is rumoured to include a 200MP primary rear sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide unit, a triple-camera configuration.
Oppo has not confirmed specifications, pricing, or availability beyond the Weibo teaser, with additional details expected closer to the anticipated March launch window in China.
