Samsung has officially unveiled what it’s calling the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV, and it’s every bit as bold as it sounds.
Revealed at CES 2026, the new R95H model is Samsung’s largest Micro RGB display to date, and it’s aimed squarely at the ultra-premium end of the TV market.
At this size, the headline isn’t just scale; it’s picture quality. Samsung says Micro RGB represents the peak of its display tech, with the 130-inch model powered by a new Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, alongside Colour Booster Pro and HDR Pro.
Together, these use AI processing to refine contrast, lift muted tones and deliver more natural colour detail across both bright and dark scenes.
Colour accuracy is a major focus here. The panel delivers 100% of the BT.2020 colour gamut, branded as Micro RGB Precision Colour 100, and has been certified by VDE for accurate colour reproduction. Samsung has also included its Glare Free coating, designed to keep reflections in check even in bright rooms, a small but crucial detail on a screen this large.
Design-wise, Samsung is clearly leaning into the idea of the TV as furniture rather than gadget. The new Timeless Frame design is an evolution of Samsung’s earlier gallery-inspired TVs, with a refined frame that’s meant to resemble a large architectural window.
The effect, according to Samsung, is to make the screen feel less like a television and more like an immersive opening into another space. Audio is built directly into the frame, tuned to match the scale of the display so sound and picture feel more cohesive.
On the software side, the TV supports HDR10+ Advanced and Eclipsa Audio, alongside Samsung’s latest Vision AI Companion features. These include conversational search, proactive recommendations, and access to tools like AI Football Mode Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, and integrations with Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
Samsung hasn’t shared pricing or availability yet, but the 130-inch Micro RGB TV will be on display at the company’s CES 2026 Exhibition Zone in Las Vegas. For now, it stands as a statement piece — and a clear signal of where Samsung sees the future of ultra-large, ultra-premium TVs heading next.
