Jabra has positioned its latest headset launch as a bridge between professional tools and everyday headphones.
The new Evolve3 series aims to replace the traditional work headset with something that looks, feels and performs more like a premium pair of headphones model without losing the features businesses actually rely on.
The Evolve3 range includes two models: the over-ear Evolve3 85 and the on-ear Evolve3 75. Both drop the boom mic in favour of a discreet, boomless design powered by Jabra’s new ClearVoice system, which uses deep neural network (DNN) processing to isolate speech from background noise. The goal is simple: clearer calls without the visual baggage of a classic office headset.
That crossover focus continues with adaptive active noise cancellation that stays active during calls, spatial sound for less fatiguing meetings, and tuning that also prioritises music playback.
Jabra says these features make the Evolve3 suitable not just for video calls and commuting, but also for flights, casual listening and day-to-day wear — a notable shift for a product line that’s historically aimed at the enterprise crowd.

Battery life is another area where Jabra is leaning into everyday use. Both models offer up to 25 hours of call time and up to 120 hours of music playback, with fast charging delivering up to 10 hours of use from a 10-minute top-up. The headphones are also slimmer and lighter than their Evolve2 predecessors, with foldable designs that make them easier to travel with.
Under the hood, Evolve3 remains business-ready. The headsets are certified for major unified communications platforms, ship with secure Bluetooth connectivity, and support centralised management through Jabra’s Plus software. There’s also a focus on longevity, with replaceable batteries and materials chosen to meet upcoming repair and sustainability requirements.
Jabra is also looking ahead to AI-driven workflows. One-touch voice access and high-accuracy transcription are designed to support voice-led interactions with AI tools, particularly in mobile or screen-free situations, an increasingly common part of hybrid work.
The Jabra Evolve3 85 launches from £495, while the Evolve3 75 starts at £349, with both available from March 1, 2026. It’s a premium price, but one that reflects Jabra’s ambition to deliver a single headset that can genuinely replace both a work device and a personal pair of headphones.
