Virgin Media O2 has confirmed that Sky Atlantic will launch on Virgin TV from 1 April 2026, giving over a million customers access to the premium channel at no additional cost.
The move means all new and existing Virgin TV 360 and Virgin TV Stream customers who already subscribe to Sky Entertainment channels — including Sky Comedy, Sky Witness, and the soon-to-return Sky One — will automatically gain access to Sky Atlantic on channel 111. There’s no action required from customers beyond tuning in.
Sky Atlantic is home to some of the most talked-about series in recent years, including The Last of Us, House of the Dragon, Euphoria and The White Lotus. In addition, Virgin customers will also get access to Sky Originals such as Heated Rivalry. Upcoming titles include The Miniature Wife (9 April), The Good Daughter later this year, and Sweetpea season two.
Among the highlights joining the platform is Under Salt Marsh, a Sky Original crime drama that drew 1.8 million viewers in its first week. There is also the five-part Mozart drama Amadeus starring Will Sharpe and Paul Bettany. Furthermore, the Sarah Snook-led thriller All Her Fault will also be available in full from launch day.
The addition follows recent news that HBO Max will also be available to subscribe to through Virgin TV 360 and Stream boxes when it launches in the UK next month. This will further strengthen Virgin’s premium content offering.
From April, eligible customers can access Sky Atlantic live via channel 111. On-demand content will be available through the Virgin TV interface and the Virgin TV Go app. New customers can access the channel through Virgin’s TV and broadband Flex bundles, currently starting from £31.99 per month.
For Virgin Media, it’s another step in consolidating major entertainment brands under one platform. For customers already paying for Sky Entertainment channels, it’s effectively a bonus addition rather than a paid upgrade.
