Wired in-earphones are back don’t you know (we could have told you this two years), and with celebrities switching from Bluetooth to wired options, there’s growing demand for wired earphones.
Sivga is looking to take advantage by expanding its wired earbud range with the M260, a retro-styled in-ear model built around a 14.2mm dynamic driver that targets music listeners and gamers looking for a latency-free alternative to wireless earbuds.

The M260 takes material-conscious approach to its design, with an aesthetic drawn from portable audio hardware of the cassette and early CD era. It features a metallic finish and exposed grille construction that distinguishes it from the smooth, minimal housings that define most contemporary earbuds at this price.
Driving that retro shell is a copper-ring composite bio-diaphragm paired with a lightweight CCAW voice coil and an N50 neodymium magnet, a combination engineered for transient response and tonal balance across a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency range, with 118dB sensitivity and its 16 ohms impedance making it easy to drive from a phone, laptop, or handheld console.
The M260 ships with a detachable MMCX cable using 4N silver-plated OFC wire, a choice that should extend the earphones’ lifespan by allowing the cable to be replaced rather than rendering the whole unit unusable once the connection degrades.
Two versions of the M260 are available: the 3.5mm configuration that usesan L-shaped plug to reduce cable strain, while the USB-C variant adds a Realtek ALC5686 DAC that supports audio up to 32-bit/384kHz alongside a built-in microphone with controls for calls and playback.
Both versions ship with four pairs of ear tips and an Oxford fabric carry case, with the 3.5mm model priced at £39.99 and the USB-C version at £45, available from Amazon and selected retailers from 8th May.
