SJCAM have always been there, in the background, just behind DJI and GoPro, offering a slightly cheaper but quality alternative option. Well, they have not gone anywhere, and by the looks of things, they continue to develop and improve their products. We’re very excited about these two cams announced: the modular C400 Pro and ultra-lightweight S10.
Together, they make hands-free, high-definition POV recording practical for travel, family moments, pets, daily vlogging, and short-form content.
Two Approaches to Everyday POV
The C400 Pro combines the flexibility of a handheld vlogging camera with hands-free POV capability. Its modular design allows users to switch between configurations, while a 1/1.8-inch sensor captures 4K video at 30fps with a 160-degree field of view. SJCAM’s SteadyMotion V2.0 stabilization helps deliver smooth footage while moving.
With its handheld controller, the C400 Pro offers up to five hours of continuous runtime. Compatibility with the optional M4 wireless microphone also enables creators to pair stabilised video with high-quality wireless audio.
The S10 takes a minimalist approach. Weighing just 45 grams, the wearable camera captures 4K/30fps footage with SteadyMotion V2.0 and can clip onto clothing, backpacks, or pet harnesses for natural, hands-free perspectives.
Its optional Boost Pod adds a flip-up display, touchscreen controls, and up to 240 minutes of battery life. Seamless Vertical Mode also enables native 9:16 video for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
