Marshall has added the Milton ANC to its headphone lineup, combining adaptive noise cancellation with a replaceable battery and its own rock ‘n’ roll design aesthetic.
Battery endurance has become something of a defining battleground for headphones, and the Milton ANC offers over 50 hours of playback with ANC and 80 hours with it switched off.

That stamina advantage gains additional long-term value through a replaceable battery, a spec that’s becoming more widespread ahead of the changes in EU laws that are dated to come into being next year (2027).
The adaptive noise cancellation of the Milton ANC is designed to continuously monitor ambient sound and adjusts cancellation strength in response, with the system said to be able to calibrate differently across quiet offices, urban streets, and transit environments rather than applying a fixed of noise suppression.
Marshall’s Adaptive Loudness feature adjusts the profile of the sound in response to both volume level and listening environment, compensating for the bass roll-off that affects most headphones at lower volumes.

There’s also spatial audio support, which arrives through Marshall’s Soundstage processing system, that is accessible through the Marshall Bluetooth app. Marshall says the feature can expand stereo tracks into a wider sound presentation, and along with support LDAC (on Android devices) and LE Audio for higher-quality wireless sound.
The Marshall Milton ANC is priced at $229 in the United States and is available now through Marshall’s official website, though wider retail availability and UK pricing have not been confirmed at the time of writing.
