EverNitro wants to bring café-style nitro drinks into the kitchen while removing the usual hassle of cartridges, canisters, or bulky commercial setups.
At its core, EverNitro is a compact 3-in-1 countertop machine, one that we spotted wandering the show floor at Beyond Expo 2026. It is designed to infuse drinks with nitrogen and whipped cream, and even help preserve ingredients. The pitch is fairly straightforward: take the creamy, cascading texture usually associated with nitro cold brew, and make it something you can recreate at home in under a minute.
Rather than relying on disposable nitrogen cartridges, EverNitro pulls nitrogen directly from the air. It uses PSA molecular sieve technology — the same pressure swing adsorption system commonly used in medical oxygen and food preservation equipment. After filtering dust, moisture, and oil particles, the machine reportedly produces up to 95% pure nitrogen. The system then infuses this into drinks to create a smoother texture and denser foam.
In practice, that higher nitrogen purity is supposed to do more than just improve presentation. EverNitro claims it helps soften bitterness, reduce oxidation, and preserve flavour for longer. It also creates finer bubbles that give drinks a creamier finish.
The process itself looks intentionally simple. Users pour a drink into the detachable canister, choose between Fast Mode or High-Purity Mode, then let the machine handle the infusion automatically. Fast Mode takes around 25 seconds at lower nitrogen purity. Meanwhile, High-Purity Mode runs for about a minute and pushes closer to the full 90–95% range for thicker foam and a richer texture.
Cold brew coffee is clearly the headline attraction. Still, EverNitro is positioning the machine as something broader than a one-trick coffee gadget. The company says users can also use it for cocktails, kombucha, matcha, beer, juices, and even whipped cream. It features adjustable pressure controls ranging from 0 to 8 bar to fine-tune texture and foam density.
Design-wise, EverNitro leans heavily into modern kitchen aesthetics. It pairs a minimal countertop footprint with ambient lighting and app controls for adjusting settings, pressure, and lighting preferences. The detachable components are dishwasher-safe, and the internal dust filter lasts four to five years before users need to replace it.
There will be two versions available: EverNitro Lite for nitro drinks only. EverNitro Pro unlocks the full 3-in-1 feature set, including whipped cream and food preservation.
All in all, EverNitro feels less like a niche coffee accessory and more like an attempt to simplify nitro drinks entirely, removing the consumables and complexity that have largely kept the experience inside cafés and cocktail bars.
