Xgimi’s Horizon 30 Pro, Max and Ultra Max triple-laser projectors are now open for pre-orders, with pricing starting at $2499 / £2099 / €2499.
The release comes days after Xgimi confirmed pricing for its Aura 3 ultra-short-throw series, providing the Chinese-based brand a second premium projector family to sell into the run-up to the holiday season.
This new trio replaces the Horizon 20 family (which only launched in 2025), with Xgimi quoting up to 15 percent more brightness, seven times the native contrast and double the refresh rate over its predecessor.
Each step up the range adds output, with the (confusingly) entry-level Pro model carrying a 4800 ISO lumen rating and 8,000:1 native contrast against 5300 ISO lumens and 9,000:1 for the mid-tier Max. At the top of the line-up, the Ultra Max reaches 6000 ISO lumens and a 10,000:1 native contrast ratio.
Beyond those headline numbers, all three models share the same HDR support, covering Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, HLG, IMAX Enhanced and Filmmaker Mode alongside its Dual Intelligent Iris system that is able to adjust light output scene-by-scene.
Gaming support also runs across the full range, with VRR, ALLM and AMD FreeSync with input latency as low as 1.9ms at 4K/120Hz and 1ms at 1080p/240Hz.
Both HDMI ports accept 4K/120Hz signals, while HDMI eARC allows for a sound system to be added. Google TV runs the app side of the experience, and dual 12W Harman Kardon speakers with DTS Virtual:X supply built-in sound for rooms that do without a separate audio system.
Placement tools include optical zoom, lens shift, automatic keystone correction, autofocus, obstacle avoidance and screen alignment, while a built-in stand rotates horizontally and tilts vertically to aim the image at your wall or dedicated screen.
On top of that, Lens Memory stores up to five custom configurations, which allows owners to switch between a standard 16:9 picture and an ultra-wide film presentation without recalibrating the zoom and lens shift each time.
Prices sit at £2,099 / €2,499 / $2,499 for the Horizon 30 Pro, £2,399 / €2,799 / $2,999 for Horizon 30 Max and £2,799 / €3,299 / $3,499 for the Ultra Max.
Sales begin on 1 November, but if you pre-order before then, all three projectors will be available at reduced prices with up to £400 / $500 / €500 saved, depending on the projector chosen.
Early buyers also receive either a floor stand or a ceiling mount, two pairs of 3D glasses and a coupon towards XGIMI’s Ascend Screen.
