Honor has confirmed a Magic 9 Super Edition alongside the standard Magic 9 and Magic 9 Pro Max ahead of a September 28 launch.
The confirmation follows last week’s initial design tease of the Magic 9 Pro Max, with Honor now widening the reveal to cover colour options and RAM and storage configurations across all three phones.
Leading the range, the Magic 9 Pro Max will be offered in Black, Silver, and Olive Green, with configurations reaching up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
The standard Magic 9 expands on that palette with a fourth Popcorn Yellow option alongside Black, Silver, and Olive Green, while matching the Pro Max at up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Camera-wise, the Magic 9 carries a similar rear layout to its Pro Max sibling, though its camera circles appear slightly smaller, and it retains the ARRI camera collaboration seen on the flagship model.
Sitting alongside it, the newly confirmed Magic 9 Super Edition shares its design and colour lineup with the standard Magic 9 but drops the ARRI branding from its camera system entirely.
That Super Edition also caps out at a lower 512GB of storage rather than 1TB, even as its RAM ceiling matches the rest of the range at up to 16GB, and Honor has separately confirmed an 11,000mAh battery will feature somewhere in the Magic 9 series, without specifying which model receives it.
It was also reported earlier that the Magic 9 Super Edition would be the likely home for that oversized cell, a figure that would dwarf the roughly 5,000 to 6,000mAh batteries typical of current flagship phones.
If accurate, that battery would position the Super Edition as a durability-focused variant within the lineup, trading some camera branding for significantly longer runtime between charges.
The Honor Magic 9, Magic 9 Pro Max, and Magic 9 Super Edition are already available for pre-order in China, with an official unveiling scheduled for September 28.
