Jabra expand Evolve3 range with three new hybrid headsets

Hybrid working has splintered how professionals take calls across offices, homes and shared spaces, and Jabra has responded by launching three new Evolve3 headsets tailored to those distinct work styles.

That fragmentation carries a cost as Jabra’s research shows that 73% of employees struggle to hear other participants during hybrid meetings, a shortfall that undermines both conversations and the AI tools increasingly built around voice input.

Jabra’s expanded Evolve3 range addresses that shortfall by offering three distinct headsets, each aligned to a specific work style rather than a single one-size-fits-all design.

Portable and open-office options

The Evolve3 65 Flex targets professionals who move between locations and features a foldable, mic-arm-free design alongside adaptive 4-mic ANC that adjusts to changing environments, wind conditions and voice pickup accuracy above 95% for AI-based tools.

That portability extends to battery life, with the headset rated for up to 16 hours of talk time or 80 hours of music playback on a single charge, enough to keep pace with a full working day.

The standard Evolve3 65 shifts focus to shared office environments and combines adaptive 4-mic ANC with 3-mic ClearVoice technology built to isolate speech in busy, noisy spaces, while a fully reversible mic arm simplifies calls.

That reversible design carries through to endurance, with the headset delivering up to 31 hours of talk time or 59 hours of music playback per charge, the longest battery life across the new headsets.

Desk-based comfort and shared standards

At the other end of the line-up, the Evolve3 45 weighs around 100g and becomes the lightest on-ear model in the range, built for professionals who spend most of the day at a desk.

It also carries 3-mic ClearVoice technology and essential in-call ANC, and it delivers up to 21 hours of talk time or 36 hours of music playback, priorities suited to frequent, fatigue-free desk calling rather than mobility.

All three headsets share Jabra Plus Management and Jabra Xpress for centralised device deployment, secure Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, and certification across Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, alongside recycled materials and FSC-certified packaging.

The new models join the Evolve3 75 and Evolve3 85, both launched earlier this year, to complete a range that now supersedes the Evolve2 series Jabra first introduced back in 2020.

Jabra will release the Evolve3 65 Flex for £260, the Evolve3 65 for £220 and the Evolve3 45 for £173, with all three arriving globally in black from September 2026.
