Oppo has lifted the lid on its next flagship just days before launch. and confirmed a hefty spec sheet for the Find X9 Ultra.
At the centre of it all is a Snapdragon 8 Ultra chipset. It is paired with Oppo’s own Tide Engine, which the company says can maintain 144Hz frame rates in demanding mobile games such as MOBAs and FPS titles. That ties in with the phone’s 2K display, which uses X3 luminescent material.
It supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and can drop as low as 1 nit brightness for night-time viewing. Oppo is also adding pixel-level gamma correction and adjustable comfort settings, suggesting a focus on both clarity and eye strain.
Massive battery
Battery life could be another standout. The Find X9 Ultra packs a 7,050mAh cell, backed by a proprietary energy chip and silicon-carbon anode tech. Charging is equally aggressive, with 100W wired and 50W wireless support.
There are a few more unusual extras, too. Oppo says the phone includes a dedicated satellite communication chip, allowing calls and texts via dual satellites when you’re off-grid. You’re also getting dual stereo speakers, a bionic vibration motor, and crystal shield glass for added durability.
Speaking of which, this thing is built to last. The Find X9 Ultra carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, covering everything from dust resistance to high-pressure water jets. It also passed SGS five-star drop and shock tests.
Oppo hasn’t confirmed pricing or global availability just yet. But with the full launch set for April 21, alongside the Find X9S Pro, we won’t have to wait long to find out where it lands.
We’ll bring you more on the phone when it does launch, and we get what could very well be the best Android phone of 2026 in our hands.
