Flowtica brings handy AI meeting assistant to Mac, Apple Watch and the web

Flowtica has expanded its AI-powered meeting assistant to Mac, Apple Watch and web browsers, giving users more ways to record conversations and generate summaries without having to take notes themselves.

The three new apps are available now, joining Flowtica’s existing iPhone app and dedicated recording devices. All recordings are stored in one library, with AI tools that can turn conversations into searchable transcripts, summaries and action items.

On the Apple Watch, Flowtica is designed for ‘spontaneous’ conversations rather than scheduled meetings.

You’ll be able to start recording with a single tap through a watch face complication, Smart Stack or Control Center on supported devices. There’s also a feature called FlowMark, which lets users flag important moments during a conversation, including through Double Tap on compatible Apple Watch models. Recordings can be made offline and uploaded later, with transcripts and summaries available through the paired iPhone.

The Mac app takes a slightly different approach, focusing on online meetings – similar to services like Plaud or Wispr Flow. It can detect meeting audio from supported services and prompt users to confirm recording, while also allowing them to add notes, images and markers during a call. Afterwards, Ask Flowtica can help find key decisions, unanswered questions and commitments. There’s also system-wide voice dictation, letting users hold the Fn key and speak to enter text directly into other apps.

Meanwhile, Flowtica Web brings similar tools to Windows and Linux through Chrome and Edge, supporting microphone and shared-screen audio recording. Safari and Firefox users are limited to microphone recording, while automatic meeting detection and system-wide dictation remain exclusive to the Mac app.

Flowtica also offers dedicated recording hardware, including the Scribe recording pen and Verso, a MagSafe-compatible recorder with an e-paper display. Both connect to the same platform, allowing users to access their meeting information across devices.

All three new apps are free to download or access, although AI processing uses minutes from an existing Flowtica plan. The Apple Watch app is available through the App Store, while Mac and web users can access the service through Flowtica’s website and Flowtica Web.
